Shipping policy

All domestic packages are shipped via usps or ups depending on fastest shipping method.

For the continental US:

• orders under $150 usps/ups $6.99 and delivery time is 3-9 business days
• orders over $150 usps/ups free shipping and delivery time is 3-9 business days
• Free in store pick-up

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Please allow 2 days for an order to be processed before it is shipped, regardless of shipping option.

Orders are not processed/shipped on weekends.

**Saltwater Culture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package's tracking lists it as delivered the customer must file with their local post office.**
