saltwater culture will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged full-priced online purchased merchandise for store credit within 30 days of receiving your package when returned by mail, ups, fedex, dhl. the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
footwear returns must include the original shoe box/ packaging in its original condition, without postage labels.
we will not accept returns without the original receipt.
merchandise must have hang tags attached.
online purchases may be returned in person to saltwater culture storefront and will be eligible for store exchange or store credit only within 30 days of receiving your package.
